Terms of Service

Welcome to Animate My Logo. By using the app (created by Interactive Net Solutions), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1) Your content & rights

• You’re responsible for any files, logos, or text you upload or create. Only use content you have rights to use.
• Exports you generate are yours. We don’t claim ownership of your designs.
• To run the service, you grant us a limited license to process your uploads as needed (e.g., rendering, animation, export) while you use the app.

2) Accounts, access & security

• We use magic-link sign-in (email only). Keep your link private; activity under your account is your responsibility.
• We may suspend or remove access where we detect abuse, fraud, or security issues.

3) Credits & payments

• Exports consume credits. You can purchase credit packs.
• Eligible purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. We store basic non-sensitive transaction metadata (for example product, amount, status and transaction identifiers) so we can apply credits and reconcile refunds.
• For Managed Payments transactions, Stripe/Link acts as merchant of record and handles applicable indirect taxes in supported jurisdictions.
• The product is published by Interactive Net Solutions, while the Managed Payments checkout and transaction-level billing support are provided through Stripe/Link.

4) Refunds

• For billing issues or refund requests, use the support options in your Stripe/Link receipt or Link account. Refunds are handled under Stripe Managed Payments rules and applicable consumer laws.

5) Fair use & acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to scrape, overload, or automate exports beyond reasonable usage. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts to protect the service.
• Don’t use the app for unlawful content, infringement, or to violate others’ rights.

6) Service changes & availability

• We may update or remove features, change prices, or pause the service for maintenance.
• We try to keep things stable, but downtime can occur. We’re not liable for losses caused by outages or third-party providers.

7) Disclaimers & liability

• The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
• We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

For support or questions, open the in-app Help panel (the ? button). For billing questions, use the support options in your Stripe/Link receipt or Link account.
